FALL SERIES WORKSHOPS
Yoga Shack BC is super excited to offer three workshops with three teachers this Fall, every second Saturday morning, starts November 7th.
Every other Saturday you can enjoy a morning of exploring new ways to move in your body, recalibrate innate patterns, transforming both body and mind while you soothe and calm the nervous system and balance into renewal.

November 7th we present Servaas Mes in: Grounding in ‘I am’.
Join us for an embryological experiential journey to help recalibrate your innate movement patterns. In this class we are pioneering new routines that connect us to our embryological Self, connect us to our earlier days outside the womb, and explore other movements that bring us into the present moment as adults. When you re-connect with your authentic somatic movement patterns we begin our lives with, your possibilities become infinite!
December 5th Yoga Shack’s owner Rosie Williams offers: Relax into Renewal
Sometimes you need to step back to move forward. Enjoy a morning to help you ground in contemplative practices to calm the mind, rejuvenate the body and awaken insight and inspiration. We will practice restorative yoga poses which will help to deeply relax the body, soothe and calm the nervous system, and boost the immune system.
Discover relaxation and wakefulness in our pristine mountain environment as you explore through breath a session of restorative poses, mindful movement and relaxation tools to take home with you into everyday life.
Is the owner of Yoga Shack BC and is very excited to offer this Fall Workshop Series completing it with a session to fully renew and refresh before the Christmas rush. Rosie is a 200hr Yoga Alliance certified teacher with a 650hr Yoga & Pilates Academy teacher training in 2003. She has a tonne of passion of her love of yoga to share you.
