our story

The Yoga Shack is created with a passion to share the offerings and love for yoga. We would like to transform that love to the others and together build up a yoga and wellness community in town.

We are offering massage at the studio and welcome other health providers to utilize the space.

Yoga doesn’t take time, it gives time. Times for us to balance ourselves, to get peace back in our soul and keep calm before any matter in life. An old Zen saying states “you should sit in nature for 20 minutes a day, unless you are busy, then you should sit for an hour”.

At the Yoga Shack we are here to help you release into your positive energy  Peace out your mind with our yoga asanas and community events.
Yoga Shack has regular classes in various styles including Hatha, Gentle, Vinyasa, Flow, and Yoga Dance.

We will be offering mini and weekend workshops and special retreats to chill-ax from the daily stresses and retreat into the sanctuary of peace.
Join us at the Yoga Shack to find balance for your mind and body in daily life.
